A welcomed goodbye to your busy week, and a grounded start to your week ahead...join us for a Sunday Special - combining melty Yin Yoga & a dreamy Crystal Sound Bath ~ an early evening of re-grounding through restorative movement & cosmic sound... From slow and intentional movement in the way of Yin Yoga, guided by Soul Charlotte to a lofty Sound Bath, led by Selenite Sister...infused with crystal & incoming Full Moon energy... Please bring with you: - Yoga mat - A bolster/pillow/yoga blocks if you have them for Yoga - if you don't have a bolster/blocks - Charlotte will modify the posture - Please bring with you a pillow/blanket for the Sound Bath and any other comfy/cosy items - lots of layers & fluffy socks & a reminder that your body temp drops during a Sound Bath 💗 Charlottes' Yoga is floor-based and she offers variations and verbal adjustments to make the postures work for you...no previous Yoga experience is necessary. The Sound Bath is not suitable for pregnant women & please consult a doctor if you have heart issues before booking on. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for events/workshops & private appointments can be made 48 hours before. Any cancellation within the 48 hour grace period will NOT be refunded. Classes cancelled within 72 hours will not be refunded I do not accept re-arrangements of appointments/events All deposits are to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable Remaining amount of booking fee will be expected on the day of the event, or within 24 hours prior to the start of the event - if remaining amount is not paid, you will not be able to book to any service in the future unless the amount is paid. If a class/event/workshop/private is cancelled, you will receive a refund No shows - non-refundable & I have the right to refuse/cancel future bookings For late showings - I hold a 5 minute grace period & no longer: I do not accept holding space for shorter offerings/appointments due to lateness, my session durations are set for a reason, to allow for a whole experience.
