Wax to Wane | Yoga & Moon Bath

Service Description
A magical welcome to our first 'Wax to Wane' event of the year...a mid-seasonal evening of re-grounding through restorative movement & cosmic sound... From slow and intentional movement in the way of Yin Yoga, guided by Soul Charlotte symbolised by the Waxing phase - which encourages us to observe and align, make slow and gentle, yet bold and powerful moves and feel in our dreams and goals through mind, body & soul connection...to a dreamy crystal Sound Bath, led by Selenite Sister...infused by the lunar energy of the Waning phase and corresponding Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz & Selenite crystals...a place of total relaxation that calls on the Waning symbolism of release, gratitude, reflection and complete surrender to self-nourishment ✨ You may wish to bring with extra blankets, bolsters, pillows and any other comfy/cosy items - lots of layers & fluffy socks & a reminder that your body temp drops during a Sound Bath - there is lots of blankets and equipment at Chakra - but we want to make the transition from studio to bed as lofty as possible for you 💗 Charlottes' Yoga is floor-based and she offers variations and verbal adjustments to make the postures work for you...no previous Yoga experience is necessary. These events will take place mid-season - between the big four, to guide you back to yourselves and nature! We can't wait to welcome you, Charlotte & Niamh x

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for events/workshops & private appointments can be made 48 hours before. Any cancellation within the 48 hour grace period will NOT be refunded. Classes cancelled within 72 hours will not be refunded I do not accept re-arrangements of appointments/events All deposits are to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable Remaining amount of booking fee will be expected on the day of the event, or within 24 hours prior to the start of the event - if remaining amount is not paid, you will not be able to book to any service in the future unless the amount is paid. If a class/event/workshop/private is cancelled, you will receive a refund No shows - non-refundable & I have the right to refuse/cancel future bookings For late showings - I hold a 5 minute grace period & no longer: I do not accept holding space for shorter offerings/appointments due to lateness, my session durations are set for a reason, to allow for a whole experience.
