Sound Baths in the Park are back! Totally attuned with the Sun, the Moon & the Earth…these Crystal Sound Baths will be guided by the phases of the Moon & warmed by the Sun & charged by the Earth… If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath in nature before - it’s 45 minutes of complete enchantment, a connection with the Earth that you never usually get to experience ~ a surrender that involves no distractions, but invites in wonder…guided by sound healing & the power of the Air element ✨ Please bring: * Lots of layers - it’s warm enough for a Sound Bath outside, but your body temp & the outdoor temp will drop - to ensure you enjoy every moment, layers & blankets are required. * Please bring something to lie on - a yoga mat or blanket & something to rest your head on if needed - cushion/bolster Location: these Sound Baths will take place on Hurst Grange Park, Penwortham If coming by car - please enter the park via the HILL ROAD entrance, there is a car park on Hill Road next to the cemetery (you can also park on the road). If you are entering from the Hill Road side, turn out of the car park walk back the way you came & you’ll see an entrance on your left next to the gate house with a sign saying ‘Hurst Grange’ with the map etc, along with 5mph signs opposite Valley Road - from here we will be stationed on the left hand side! If you are entering via the COP LANE entrance - I assume you know the park…go past the coffee shop towards the entrance onto Hill Road & we’ll be on the right! See you there! Niamh 🌙

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for events/workshops & private appointments can be made 48 hours before. Any cancellation within the 48 hour grace period will NOT be refunded. Classes cancelled within 72 hours will not be refunded I do not accept re-arrangements of appointments/events All deposits are to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable Remaining amount of booking fee will be expected on the day of the event, or within 24 hours prior to the start of the event - if remaining amount is not paid, you will not be able to book to any service in the future unless the amount is paid. If a class/event/workshop/private is cancelled, you will receive a refund No shows - non-refundable & I have the right to refuse/cancel future bookings For late showings - I hold a 5 minute grace period & no longer: I do not accept holding space for shorter offerings/appointments due to lateness, my session durations are set for a reason, to allow for a whole experience.
